To our Chi Fi Pie loyalty members,

Our Chi Fi Pie loyalty program is no longer in service at our Chicago Fire restaurants or online. It is important to note that during this time, we are not able to assign points for your purchases.

 We are in the process of updating our online ordering platform and in conjunction with that change, we are updating our loyalty program. Our new loyalty program will have a primary focus on online ordering and will be much simpler to use. 

If you are an existing member of the previous program, you should receive an email in the coming weeks with instructions on how to enroll in our new program. We will be making our best effort to migrate accumulated points as they are associated with member’s email accounts.If you have receipts from any purchases that have not been accounted for, you may hold on to them and we can assist with applying points after our new program is in place.
