Chi Fi Pie Rewards is for individual customers only, 18 years of age or older. Employees of West of Chicago Restaurants and or Chicago Fire are not eligible for membership.
West of Chicago Restaurants reserve the right to change the terms or cancel the Chi Fi Pie Rewards at any time. Program is subject to these rules and terms and conditions which may change from time to time and can be found on our website at Chicagofire.com/rewardsterms

Rules:
- One point is earned for every $1 spent on food, non-alcoholic beverages and merchandise. Alcohol, Gift Cards purchased, Sales tax and Gratuities do not earn points.
- Double points may be earned during specific promotions. Extra point plans such as these may be introduced, modified, or removed at any time.
- The Chi Fi Pie Loyalty Program is a discount based reward program with a $5 reward certificate that is earned for every 100 Points earned. Upon registering, you’ll receive a complimentary 50 bonus points.
- Chi Fi Pie “Birthday” reward is a complimentary Dessert reward during the calendar month of your birthday. Guests must register their birthday (day and month only) prior to the start of the calendar month of their birthday.
Chi Fi Pie loyalty members also have access to exclusive merchandise, events and promotions that may be offered from time to time.
