Since opening our doors in 2003, it has been my passion to prepare great-tasting food for our revered guests. We believe that great meals start with great ingredients, and that’s why we’ve always followed one guiding principle: use only the best and cook everything to order. It’s not the fastest way, but it’s the right way.
Dough, sauces, and dressings are made from scratch, using highly researched and innovative recipes. It’s a time consuming approach, but it’s one that makes all the difference — and it’s why Chicago Fire’s food continues to stand out.
